It's Ok!

It's okay to change your mind, create, redirect or standstill! Doing nothing is something. Trying new things is something. Rejecting old or new experiences is something. There is abundance in doing nothing, trying new things, and rejecting old or new experiences. It's simply okay to experience abundance in all forms. There is abundance in doing nothing, experiencing delays,fast-paced life, exhausting all efforts, keeping old ways, trying new things, and affirming or rejecting old or new experiences. It is simply okay.

New Year, New Month, New Day, New Hour, New Second = New Start

@upliftedtoday is on threads and Instagram. Today's post was New Year, New Month, New Day, New Hour, New Second = New Start. The truth is any moment you make a committment, change, or new habit it can begin at any second. Often we use January 1st to begin a New Year Resolution. It is the way we are programmed on the Gregorian Calendar. Most of us postponed our goals to a start date. We may wait until the beginning of the month, the next day, or the next hour to start something. I encourage you to take a moment and write down everything you would like to do or accomplish. Then, write down the initial step you can start today related to what you would like to do or accomplish. Review the list daily and continue to add the subsequent second and next steps daily or weekly. Find you a trusted accountability partner to share the list daily and your updates minimumally on a bi-weekly basis. Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Create Your Mood of Happiness

Create your mood of happiness wherever you are! This year we are saturated with repetitive echoes of universal challenges. We can take moments daily to focus on happiness. This happiness may include reminiscing on photos from years ago, taking a walk, reorganizing a room, starting a new project or changing something to a color-coded feature. Growing and cooking food made me happy. My happiness activities were gardening, visiting ethnic food stores and cooking new dishes, and decluttering the closet these past few months.
